8/21/2018 - Grillgod Likes this wine: 91 pointsNice balanced structure. Medium dark red cherry with a touch of vanilla. Oak tannins a touch firm the first day but drank very smoothly second day. Some cellar time should improve or a short decant. |

Beautifully fruit forward - fresh blackberries and mushy plums galore - with maybe the smallest hints of soil and gravel. The body and mouthfeel are actually quite balanced. Not jammy or velvety at all. Pleasantly surprised with this. One of the better boutique wineries with a beautiful view of the Bay Area, located between Livermore and San Jose. |

9/2/2013 - rkosd wrote: 89 pointsDrinking even better with time, this medium bodied Cab really slaps you in the face with fruit if you pop n pour, but after 2-3 hours it is at its peak. Subtle, elegant and smooth, if you let it breathe this wine can really outperform some big names in CA cab. |

5/30/2013 - rkosd wrote: 87 pointsLight bodied Syrah. Good smoky and black pepper notes, wet stone, black fruit. Mild to medium finish and tannins. Low alcohol makes it approachable. Really benefited from 30mins of breathing time. |

1/15/2013 - rkosd wrote: 89 pointsOne of their best wines yet! Big, supple and well rounded, this cab starts off with a big nose of roses, dark red cherry, and fresh wet soil. Hints of plum and cedar with a smooth but mild finish, not too tannic, and very smooth mouthfeel round out the finish. I love it! |
