  After having had this for years in the non-temperature controlled cabinet I didn’t have high expectations. However, the wine is a definite positive surprise.
  
  There are still plenty of small bubbles in the wine to see and taste. The color of the wine has become more of a light rose, instead of a deep golden that you often see in older champagnes.
  
  The nose has a hint of petrol and the taste reminds me of light honey and strawberry. The finish is very long.
