The color of this La Crema Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is much truer to what you’d expect from a California Pinot. It is translucent and garnet red in color. The aroma of La Crema is very earthy. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Aligoté made according to the traditional method. Bright straw/pale yellow in the glass. Nose of lemon zest, a bit of creaminess, and ripe pineapple. On the palate it’s incredibly bright with lemon, tart green apple, and white peach. Decent creaminess, a bit of the brioche/nutty note.
