W_Chardonnay - Argentina. #4; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-golden; NOSE-classic Chardonnay (oak, burnt wood, apple & pear); TASTE-good mouthfeel; nice weight; good viscosity; lemon meets oak & butter on the back-end; good thick layer covers my entire palate; very balanced for a Chard (has oak & butter, but not overdone); nice balanced Chardonnay, but a tad boring and basic; ST-91; GV-86 86 points

Rhone Blend - CA. #3; COLOR-medium; NOSE-strawberry juice; some raisin action; little hint of black pepper & basil action; earthy; TASTE-good fruit; nice bitter back-end tannins; I like the freshness of the strawberries; a little hollow in the mid-palate transition, but good fruit on the back-end; good brightness; nice floral characteristic that I like; and really nice sharp, bitter dark chocolate tannins on the back-end; nice strawberries & pepper; bright & solid, but a little hollow on the mid-palate ; JR-91; GV-88+ 88+ points

W_Chardonnay - CA. #5; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-nice brightness; some pineapple coming through; orange Creamsicle; fresh & vibrant; some oak as well; TASTE-little acid on the back-end; good fruit; this wine to me is VERY basic; tastes like a $7 California Chard; this is a very soft effort; RP-90; GV-81 81 points

Languedoc-Roussillon. #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-this wine has outrageous concentration; very dark & focused; I get cranberries; also an intriguing Raspberry Torte quality; ripe raspberries are bouncing through my nose; TASTE-definitely some New World love (reminds me of Clio, Toro, Mollydooker, but just a small step down); very focused, very rich; it's got some creaminess & oak; interesting graphite and pencil shavings; this has gorgeous & true fresh squeezed cherry juice flavor on the back-end; rip tannins show that this is real and will last 7-10 years easy; pairs great w/ big steaks; extremely good & well made; New World w/ a little bit of Old World class; RP-93; GV-91+ 91+ points

W_Riesling - Australia. #2; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-a soapy/cleaning product action; high acid; dried pineapple; a little orange blossom and a fig component; TASTE-nice steel action; nice acid; very fresh; gorgeous cantaloupe on the mid-palate and then really sour apple on the back-end (high acid); bring out the Oysters; this well worth the $17 bones; really well made; good acid; good fruit; very textbook New World Riesling; great with food; WS-91; GV-90 90 points
