!4 Ct. golden color; faint lemongrass on the nose. On the palate light and rather thin with acidic touch.
No complexity or depth.. Disappointing for the price.
At best for quaffing at the beach....

Sjelden smakt en hvitvin som har føltes så fet i munnhulen. Vinen oser av kvalitet og jeg kunne tippet denne som en 1.cru Burgund blindt. Klart fatpreg, elegant blomsterduft på nesen, honning, nøtter og et snev av grapefrukt og en kledelig sødme i munnen. Vinen oser av kvalitet så det må bli 90p, når den ikke får mer, så går det på personlig preferanse ift hvordan jeg liker hvitviner.

An elegant Verdejo with depth and a more of a lasting impression than the typical wine of this zone and grape variety. We liked it almost more on the second evening.

Por copas. Selección de El Corte Inglés. Verdejo segoviano que presume de certificación ecológica y sin embargo se muestra vulgar e impreciso. En nariz con notas a flores blancas y a cítricos. En boca con un cuerpo medio y una intrusiva acidez. Aburrido en su mejor momento.

A fine example of how Verdejo grapes can make superb white wine when the ambition is to make wines as good a French White Burgundy by using Burgundian techniques, including oak aging. Pale yellow color with a fresh nose of honeysuckle flowers with a touch of vanilla. Has a richer, rounded, and creamy taste with refreshing acidity. An even higher level white is made from ancient prephylloxera vines, that is even more complex and complete.

Dissapointing for the price. Very weak nose even with an hour or 2 of air. Pleasant but very basic on the palate. Oak, vanilla some white stone fruit and a little acidity. It’s easy drinking but that’s all there is to it. Finish short as well.

Showing depth, the oak is there throwing dust on the fruit, ripe white fruit, peach, pear, green apple, grapefruit, some herbal notes, vegetal a bit and with time you get apricot.
Palate with strong oak presence in flavor and texture, dusty oak tannins, vanilla notes, almond, walnut, high acidity, very warm from alcohol, density, structured, full body, long finish
Needs time, it’s still very tight, overpowering oak

Rather green character, less fruit but more herbal, citrus, pear, white peach, there is ripeness, some oak notes.
Palate is far juicier and fruit compared to the nose, nice texture, layered, lively acidity, mineral, some oak notes, a bit warm, green notes, full body, long finish. a wine for food

Deep yellow color. Complex wine with some notes of oak, vanilla, apple and peach. Minerals and salty notes. A little bitterness. Really balanced and nice wine.
