Algo más subido de color, la nariz sigue ofreciendo una buena expresión frutal aunque el perfil maduro, con algo de bollería fina, ha ganado algo. de protagonismo. It doesn't hit the heights of my favourite Cavas from the Sant Sadurni area, but it's enjoyable. It's a little toasty on the nose as it's still young, along with mild red fruits and nuttiness on the palate. As others have noted, for a rosé it's a very pale pink. |
