Medium taste of ripe yellow apples, lemon, white peach, toast, bun, mushrooms and wet stone. Long and off-dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Californian Sparkling. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish. |
