The palate is dry crisp green apple, with just a slight bitterness that turns into a long finish by turns sweet, sour, salty, and bitter. Great body, some creaminess, just a very pretty, very well-crafted Albarino. Time in the glass brings out a broader suite of aromas – pineapple, pear, both lemon juice and lemon zest, jasmine, chalkboard, and a slight maple syrup. The only downside for me was a slight aspirin note. Otherwise, it’s a precise, crafted Albarino. |

There was low acid, medium to low body and medium alcohol with a pleasant medium finish. Went nice with the meal. |
