Smooth and light on tannins, great with leftovers but not suitable for the star of your dinner party. The lesser 2018s Bordeaux like this are drinking nicely now. The better ones will need more aging. |

Starts out with a bit of smoky in a good way, evolving into 100% Varietally correct bunch of red fruit and cedar. The acidity is muted down enough to make the wine enjoyable without fear of an overnight gerd event (tomato + red wine😫). Definitely worth it, unsurprisingly from Antinori. |

Great right bank mostly Merlot; just a click shy of robust, went quite well with crockpot short ribs in wine/tomato sauce. Varietally correct, loved the graphite and licorice notes. Quite a bargain at the price. Highly recommend. Probably has 2-3 years life before it goes downhill |
