My wife loves Rose and this sparkling wine goes with everything, including oysters and duck. A really deep raspberry color that set the tome for red fruits. This really is a special bottle, and only $77 from the winery. If you didn't know any better, you might say Grower Champagne if drinking blind. Wish I had more. Good thing I have other 2017 and 2018's. Now I'm going to look for my allocation e-mail. FYI, this restaurant was featured on CBS Saturday morning in late December. The segment is online and a worthy visit for any foodie. Two hours from NYC and 90 minutes from thee northern suburbs. Corkage was $35. Food and service were impeccable. |

This was decanted in the morning, then slo-ox'd since my friend doesn't have a decanter. Ruby red and smooth and silky going down . Full bodied. Some tannins suggesting a long life. After an hour this was opening up. I'm attending a MACDONALD vertical this Friday of 2013 - 2019 M wines. Looking forward to this event and bringing a, wait for it, 2015 because nobody attending had one. This bottle will sit in a decanter all day, with no slo-ox. FYI, I left a short pour for my friend for him to drink the following night. He told me this really opened up. |

Lucky for me I had another. This is really smooth. A pretty gold color that's easy drinking. I'll continue enjoy this mid afternoon, and with leftovers tonight. Pretty good juice for $15. |

Drink or hold. A little yeast and a hint of hazelnut. Tiny bubbles as noted by others. Purchased from the winery. Glad I have other 2017 and 2018's sleeping. This drank very well. |
