Deep colour.
Earthy, rich fragrance, some dark spice, high toned, violets and raspberries.
Medium weight, well balanced, earth and meat stock over a core of dark berries with a hint of blueberries. Lovely fruit sweetness, closing with a dark spice vein. Drinking perfectly.

A light and delicate white wine. The nose is impressive: smoke and struck match. Great density in the palate considering the low alcohol. Creamy, with touches if vanilla. The fruit is fairly subtle and comes across floral and gagey. This is not a particularly citrussy wine - it talks more through its interesting structure. Very balanced in acidity. Interesting and a good aperitif, but can be overwhelmed by food.

From a single plot of 12.5ha with gneiss, quartz and schist soils, fermented in stainless steel, aged sur lie for 6 months, 12% ABV. I am in two minds about this wine. From a structural perspective, I really like it. The acidity is crisp, the minerality is incisive and the salinity impressively intense. The aromas and flavours are correct and pure (white flowers, citrus and a whiff of tropical fruit, green herbs), but I feel there is a slight lack of precision on the nose and of length on the finish. Overall quite satisfactory however.

Interesting, organic, natural, extended skin contact Chardonnay, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Orchard fruit, ripe citrus, with some tropical fruit notes. Dry, with nicely balanced acidity and alcohol and not overly chewy finish. Refreshing and fun. Drink in the near term, not likely to improve with further aging.
Orange
I - softer, rounder version of an orange wine than some. Yellow flowers and a touch of honey on the tongue. Very nice with a cheese board

R - balanced acidity with a hint of funk (more pronounced on the nose than the palate). Distinctly Chardonnay with a rounded body and buttery mouthfeel. Nice intro to natural wine.
Orange
There are herbs and heaps of exotic fruit, juicy citrus flavors and exciting tannic structure. Super cool on its own or even more enjoyable next to some aromatic cuisine like Thai curries, grilled fish, lemon roasted chicken, oh my…

Chardonnay. "The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented spontaneously in contact with the skins for 18 days, in stainless steel fermenters. Once pressed, the wine spends 4 months in old vats and stainless steel with full yeast. The wine is booted unfiltered, with light sulfur addition." Palest apricot. Slight funk, citrus nose. Medium body. Slight effervescence. Acidity and tannins. Pomelo and stone fruit. Medium finish.

Popped and poured. Complex aroma of funky leather, red fruit, and herbs. Lively flavors of rhubarb, cinnamon apple, and thyme. Cinnamon dominates the prickly finish. Fun, unique, spritely and spritzy, glou-glou, great staying power.

Not for everyone, but if you like this sort of thing it's very good.

Nice on the nose, but rather simple on the palate with lots of oak and missing fruit and acidity. It's not bad at all...but there are better choices out there.

The wine is clear and bright with a pale garnet colour. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium(+) intensity aromas of dark fruits (dark plums, dark cherries), red fruits (red currants, strawberries), flowers (dry roses), oak (cedar) and hints of bottle ageing (tobacco). The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium(+) acidity. It has medium(-) soft tannins and a medium(+) slightly warm alcohol. It has a medium(-) body and medium(+) intensity flavours of dark fruits (dark plums, dark cherries), red fruits (red currants, strawberries), flowers (dry roses), oak (cedar) and hints of bottle ageing (tobacco). The finish is medium(+).

It is a very good quality wine. It shows some complexity in the nose provided by aromas ranging from ripe fruit to bottle ageing, including floral and oaky notes. The fruit concentration is well-balanced by the acidity, and the finish is persistent enough for a very good quality wine. However a better example of this style would be even more complex.

Can drink now, but it has enough acidity and fruit concentration to continue developing tertiary aromas over the next 2-3 years.

Feels like a gentler Gewürztraminer nose, lightly sweet floral perfume. Body is light and fairly dry with just some lemony acidity and a hint of a dry cherry. Overall, it feels pleasant, easily elegant but also uncomplicated and not very demanding. Would work well with a shellfish dish and even an egg dish.

The nose showed dried apricot and peaches with sweet spice, brown sugar and dried flowers. On the palate, it was medium-bodied and balanced with more dried apricot and inner floral notes that lasted well into the finish joined by saline minerals. Although this wine changed the least with time in the glass, it was enjoyable from start to finish.

An "orange" wine, although the color is deep and healthy gold. This wine has a very complex and evolving nose like other extended skin contact (I presume that is the method here) wines. Smoky, pear and other fruits, field smells - hard to name everything. It improves with air and is very food friendly. The mouthfeel is very heavy, but it has a resolutely dry finish. The sort of wine you keep going back to. I presume that this wine will last a very long time.

Optischer Eindruck: Klares, intensives purpurrot

Geruch: Sauber. Ausgeprägte Aromen von schwarzer Kirsche, Brombeer, Cassis, marmeladig, Gewürznelke. Erste Reifenoten.

Vom Stil her ein Natural Wein.
