Spectacular. 99 or 100 points. Tannins have integrated beautifully. Nice slow legs. Fragrances of rose and violet. Wonderful flavors of cherries and berries. Brick colored. Sight sediment in the bottle.

Fantastic Brunello. Soft and smooth. Aromas of rose, violet, cherry, and plum. Flavors of berry and plum.

Well balanced. Great finish.

Absolutely spectacular. Decanted for one hour. This wine is drinking really well now and should be good for decades.

Aromas of strawberry, blackberry, red currant, cherry, and plum. It tastes like blackberry and raspberry. Medium/full body. Smooth texture.
Finishes long. Medium acidity.

Stunning! Magnificent! Soft, silky and smooth. Ruby colored. Slow legs. It smells like violets, strawberry jam and rose. It tastes like blackberry, strawberry, cherry with hints of forest floor and mineral. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. Long finish.

This wine may be my favorite of the 2010 vintage. It is right along side of Il Marroneto Brunello di Montalcino Madonna delle Grazie. If you can find this wine buy all they have.

I expected this to be too soon to open this wine but I was wrong. The 2010 Brunellos continue to amaze me.

Decanted for 3 hours. Beautiful fragrances of crushed cherries, rose petal, green pepper, blackberries, and plums. Very long legs. Smooth and silky on the tongue. Mixed berries flavor including raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries. Elegant. Long finish.

I cannot even imagine how fantastic this wine will be in 10 or 20 years. It is going to be difficult to keep my hands off it for a while but I am going to try.

Not giving up much on the nose. Possibly shut down.

The wine looks light purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells slightly like cherry. It tastes like cherry, raspberry and blackberry. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

I gave this a much higher rating previously, hence the possible shutdown note.

Decanted for 4 hours. Not giving up much on the nose. A slight hint of cut flowers. Perhaps I should not have decanted. Crushed cherries flavor. Very smooth tannins. Medium finish.

Outstanding Brunello. Decanted for 3 hours. The wine looks brick colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry jam, blackberry, raspberry and cherry. It tastes like strawberry and cherry. The body is full. The wine has juicy texture. It finishes long with low acidity.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful fragrance of cherry, strawberry, and fresh cut flowers. Ruby red color. Soft and smooth. Fantastic finish that last for minutes. Decanted in the bottle for four hours by opening and pouring off a small amount down to the shoulder.

Possibly shut down. Had a bottle with friends and all four of us agreed that there was no bouquet. None. Not even a hint of an aroma. Taste - there was a slight amount of vanilla and a little crushed cherries. However, it was very smooth.

Excellent Brunello. Cherry and wild flowers on the nose. As the wine opened up there were fragrances of vanilla and licorice. Smooth and silky. Crushed cherry and jam flavors. Nice long finish. No need to hold this one! It is ready now. Seems structured enough to hold for up to 10 years if you want to wait that long.

Did not decant because we took 2 bottles to a dinner party at friends house. On the nose ripe fruit and dried herbs. Cinnamon and cherries on the tongue. Very soft and smooth. Everyone loved it and kept raving that it was one of the best Brunello wines they have had.

Opened the first bottle and decanted for 2 hours. Smooth as silk. Fragrant, notes of cherry, vanilla, and plum. It was such a hit with my friends we decided to open a second bottle. Decanted for 15 minutes (nobody wanted to wait). Everyone thought it was a different wine. A little more harsh but still great.

What a difference decanting can make on Brunello!
