This is straightforward but honestly delicious and super crushable, offering appealing aromas of red apple skin, dried peach, dried strawberry, biscuits, and saltines. Medium to medium+ bodied on the palate with medium+ acidity, this is dry, bright and decidedly red-fruited, simple but really tasty and unquestionably a value when it comes to sparkling rosé.
