Wednesday, July 13, 2011 - A tribute to my dad
Stewed plum on nose. Hint of treacle.
Light and bricky in colour. Very watery rim.
Sweet tobacco on palate. Boiled sweets.
Soft and smooth. Light drinking. Touch of vanilla on aftertaste.
Overall, holding up really well. Cork was tricky to get out but worth the effort.
