Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Ruby purple with low concentration; nose of crushed dusty rock, floral, peony, medicinal, pure and pinot like, not the olive tapenade style you expect from Crozes, should open with more air; soft elegant palate, not dissimilar to Burgundy, satisfying red fruit, plush though firm structure, not tannic, fresh; this will improve with a few more years of age.
