Deep goldenrod appearance. Toasty, buttery tropical aromas. Full bodied, thick, sweet palate full of ripe tropical fruit, hard candy, and bright acidity. The oak influence was still there on day 2, but a day of air allowed the fruit to come to the fore. What a difference a day makes.
