Monday, September 12, 2022 - By the bottle at Launderette in Austin. Nose is subtle, lemon peel, slightly smoky, slate, vague underripe tropical fruit. Palate is a bit rich but balanced by the acidity, underripe pineapple, slightly bitter on the shortish finish. It’s not changing anyone’s life but especially on half-price bittle Mondays (not sure if this is a real thing) it’s a pretty good bet (especially if there are some uninitiated palates at the table).
