  Drinking well. Still young and will hold and potentially improve further. Well balanced. Ripe but still showing Chablis character.

  Pale yellow wine with lemon, lime citrus aroma with some mineral. Lots of acid with a light body. Really enjoyed for just having a glass.

  So many reviews, many spot on. A few words into the CT spit bucket.
  Mouthfeel has more glycerin entry and viscosity than a typical Chablis.. Chardonayian?
  Well balanced, don't find acid as worth noting.
  There are ample tastes to find from citrus to nuts to minerals and yes fruit.
  A wine to bring to a tasting of high end California Chards - what is this? No vanilla, no oak, no alcohol, no buttered popcorn Is this a Chardonnay or a wine? ?

  Great example of Chablis. Electric acidity, stone fruit, pear
