So many reviews, many spot on. A few words into the CT spit bucket. Mouthfeel has more glycerin entry and viscosity than a typical Chablis.. Chardonayian? Well balanced, don't find acid as worth noting. There are ample tastes to find from citrus to nuts to minerals and yes fruit. A wine to bring to a tasting of high end California Chards - what is this? No vanilla, no oak, no alcohol, no buttered popcorn Is this a Chardonnay or a wine? ? ,
Drank over 2 nights. Medium bodied, medium-high acidity. Green apple, lemon curd, blanched almond, wet stones. Nice example of Chablis. Could probably go a few more years.

By the bottle at Launderette in Austin. Nose is subtle, lemon peel, slightly smoky, slate, vague underripe tropical fruit. Palate is a bit rich but balanced by the acidity, underripe pineapple, slightly bitter on the shortish finish. It’s not changing anyone’s life but especially on half-price bittle Mondays (not sure if this is a real thing) it’s a pretty good bet (especially if there are some uninitiated palates at the table).

Everything I hope for in a Chablis at a great price. Good combination of grassy and honeysuckle on the nose. Light-bodied but ever so slightly tart mid-way. Flavor develops to be quite intense lemon and mineral but not unpleasant. Quick, cool finish. Great value.

Decent wine from a good producer. There was some phenolic bitterness that didn't seem fully integrated into the wine. Nose of lemongrass, apple and pear. Much of the same on the palate with some nice salinity. Felt a tad bit disjointed with that phenolic bitterness, maybe another year or so would help it.

Nose: green apple and orange pith Palate: flower tea, orange pith, acidity is mild Tasted with: sockeye salmon and veggies Overall: very much enjoyed this. More than an aperitif. Made with oak but quite subtle. Consensus at my house: 89 points (88 and 90)

A bargain at $25. Classic Chablis minerality and lightness. It tastes like a warm summer day picnic. Nice lemony fruit. If this is a representation of Fevre's 2019s, I want more. Ready to drink now but I'm sure will be fine for a few years.

{Bought today on a whim. Diam 5 cork to Fevre's credit.} Classic Chablis flavor set, nicely broad almost fat palate yet still nicely classic mineral wine. This will drink well over the short- medium term and provide a lot of pleasure. Attractive with come-on notes of elegance and sophistication without making you wait a few years to become fun to drink. Over-performance for less than the cost of most generic blousy white Bourgogne. More note tomorrow...

Drinking well. Still young and will hold and potentially improve further. Well balanced. Ripe but still showing Chablis character.

Pale yellow wine with lemon, lime citrus aroma with some mineral. Lots of acid with a light body. Really enjoyed for just having a glass.

Minerals, salinity, citrus. I would like a bit more freshness. Did they use a bit of oak in this one? Nice enjoyable wine though.
