Monday, October 3, 2022 - Light, golden-yellow in color. Forward, fragrant & attractive nose of fresh citrus fruits of lemons/limes, figs & melon with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & lemongrass, chalky, stony/earthy & minerals. Light-medium bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, rich, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes, apples, figs & melons with lemongrass & stony/minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present but should develop further with additional year or so of aging.
