Saturday, October 8, 2022 - WSET reunion tasting group+ (Home, Utrecht): Opened 5 hours in advance, no decanting. Deep golden. Kept developing over the night and even the following days. Started of with an oxidative apple juice, bruised yellow apple, linoleum, sherry, nutty, marmelade bitter, elderflower, honey. Very long finish. On day 2 even more integrated. Spectacular and my WOTN, as it was for most people
