Thursday, October 27, 2022 - Mostly Bordeaux dinner (Eddie V's - Tysons Corner, VA): Expressive nose displaying generous rich yellow fruit, cinnamon apple, lemon curd, honey, yeast, marzipan and limestone. Excellent concentration, nicely layered generous sweet yellow fruit, rich, complex and precise, generous fine mousse, bright acidity, strong mineral, and a long ripe yellow fruit driven finish with cinnamon and brioche at the end. This is drinking beautifully but can improve for another decade.
