Saturday, December 31, 2022 - New Years Eve. First sip, seemed heavier, ponderous. I get slight pineapple. Great energy. But it seems thick, heavier, more flavor. But what? Bitter. Flavor occurs at back of tongue. Was forty degrees upon opening. Will see what happens when it warms up. Now later into evening, this is more pear with undercurrent of butter grapefruit. But there is something else there that increases body. This is good and falls in the middle of the road for me. Think it's worth trying again.
