Thursday, January 26, 2023 - Uniquely polarizing wine. The color suggest something other than what the palate delivered. Not sweet, great toast/yeast and fizzle. Would be fun to try this wine with a bit of age to see what that offers. Seems to have a bit of a cult following in the industry.
