Method: tasted at the domaine; 2020 base
Nose: cranberry, orange, hint of earth
Palate: ripe cranberry, orange bitters, apple skin; long finish of apple skin, mineral, pepper; medium+ body; medium+ bubbles; medium acidity
Overall thoughts: A bit less ripe than I prefer and just a touch bitter. Still, this is a good wine.

I am really not a Rosé fan and also struggle with this wine. On the one hand there is good, ripe material in use here, with appropriate phenolics and a dry finish. I just don't find the aromas as attractive as with a normal Champagne. Lots of blackberry, cherry, earthy elements, some herbs, bitter finish as well. I guess I will stick to the excellent BdB's of this grower. 88-90
