Saturday, January 14, 2023 - Spanish fun day one (N&J's place, Canberra): From Coravin. Polished oak lends a little woody caramel, cream, toasted nuts, butter, saline with time and agitation a touch of lemon, barley, cereal. Fresh, fleshy, tangy, slight alcohol warmth, lemon, saline nuts; almonds; walnut; almond meal, waxy notes, a little apple and that polished oak note on the finish. Balanced. Crikey, A bit good.
