Tuesday, January 31, 2023 - 2015 base, 5/21 disgorgement. Pale pink/orange color. Mineral nose with touch of tart strawberries, chalk, slight oxidative notes and touch of citrus. Palate is fresh, dry but not bone-dry, and somewhat full-bodied, medium+ acidity with some smoky matchstick, tart cherry, lemon zest, whiff of peanuts, and some slightly underripe red fruits. Finish is salty and fresh. Decent stuff but not sure if it's that exciting.
