Monday, February 6, 2023 - Lovely ripe fruit, oodles of crushed rose, some liquorice and tar. Plenty of complexity on the nose and palate. Intense acidity, almost too much but it’s just balanced by the flavour concentration, and smooth tannins. Decent length on the finish.
