Tuesday, February 7, 2023 - To Kalon and Dr. Crane Night (Charlie Palmer Steak NYC): Decanted for over an hour before pouring. Out of the 8 of us, this was the unanimous WOTN. Big, complex, with a long finish. I could drink this on its own or with the big rib eye steak that I had. A real treat!
