Wednesday, February 8, 2023 - Deep, dark and quite intense for a Burgundy with rich blue/cherry fruit. Succulent and crunchy on the finish with complex notes of minerals and dark spices. Really improved with air and stood up nicely to a hearty boeuf bourguignon but it lacks the lacy elegance that I prefer in aged Burgundy. Very youthful so could it come around one day? 89?
