Tuesday, February 14, 2023 - It was such a fantastic moment to put my noise in my glass, the memory when I was young ( before my 10th birthday)when we use those fake shotguns in plastic , that left the smell of gunpowder behind and where you have to recharge with those red round plastic ammunitions , a flashback and a smell I didn't have more then 40 years !! the one of burned sulfer , bwhaa
after that came a complex smell of brioche , almonds , some steel, but the mouth was more like wine and very balanced with the nose, it was silk with bubbles , nice it was more then champagne !
