Friday, February 17, 2023 - Gosh how many years have I been buying this wine … tonight a first with a 2017 as it seemed quite unbalanced to begin with. Very big almost Pinot type fruit, and a bit ungainly (fleshy?) … several hours later the tannins more evident but not much in the way of spice / pepper. There is residual heat but a different style than I am used to
