Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Everyday bistro wine very examplary, usally cdr is not my kind of wine as I either prefer more tannins or acidity, or both. This has just enough structure to cope with 15% alcohol, which feels not to overpower the wine. Dangerous stuff. Some wood tannins. Nose of ripe red fruits, touch of smoke, violet and garique. Traces of some carbonic maceration. Will last a few more years but do not see this improving.
