Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Pretty good quality but not what I was hoping for. Rather tight at this stage with a lot of oak, burnt chocolate, and spice. Something astringent didn't agree with the meal of peppers and roasted pork. I appreciated the 2016 vintage more, which was accessible and had more discernible flavors.
