Thursday, March 9, 2023 - During a tasting session. Glad to see that my last two bottles of this did well. Excellent aromatics with elder flower, quince, petrol, lemon. Rich and ripe but not sticky. Many Bordeaux drinkers in the room mentioned that this is so much more pleasant to drink than a Sauternes.
