Thursday, March 16, 2023 - pale yellow color, nose of toast and apple, sleek mineral flows, on the palate very open with stone and apple notes, dense with good tension, flower petals, long and lean finish with elegant acids, a very good Chablis and one where a long wait is not required, this may develop a bit more but for the most part it is ready to go, with time in hand.
