Sunday, March 19, 2023 - 70% grenache, 15% syrah, 15% mourvedre. Bright, light ruby color, savory nose with a lot of stone and white pepper. That pepper comes through heavy on the palate, with strawberry and and olive-y character buried underneath. Nice complexity for a fairly inexpensive CdP!
