Especially excellent after a few hours open. If I get more I would wait a few years to open. Very smooth on pallet with just a whisper of iron on the finish that put me off at first then didn’t bother me. Not terribly complex but that is part of what makes a cdp a great dinner wine.

70% grenache, 15% syrah, 15% mourvedre. Bright, light ruby color, savory nose with a lot of stone and white pepper. That pepper comes through heavy on the palate, with strawberry and and olive-y character buried underneath. Nice complexity for a fairly inexpensive CdP!

Very nice after an hour decant. Cherry blossoms and unripe plum, a long finish.

Deep dark fruits....
This is a wonderful wine - but has a more rich quality than your typical CdP

Big thick chewy monster at 15.5% alcohol, oh so desirable but oh so undrinkable, glad I tasted it, sorry I had to pass.
