Thursday, March 16, 2023 - United Cellars Grand Cru Pinot Noir tasting (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): A little struck match, black hued fruits; black berry, plenty of spice and meaty underpin, jubey notes as well. Juicy tends to medium plus intensity acidity, plentiful drying slightly woody tannins, black hued fruits. Alcohol warmth intrudes slightly on the finish. Hmm, it's a little bit out of whack in the mouth...perhaps time will help
