Saturday, April 15, 2023 - K&L 2019 Bordeaux Tasting (K&L Wines, San Francisco): Very deep and dark color. Serious, classic blackberry aromas. Medium weight. More supple than Pauillac, but a much leaner, more grainy feel than that wine. Dry, penetrating tannins. Bury this one deeply based upon today's showing, but I'm not convinced of its balance for the long run.
