Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Vivacious bouquet dances rose perfume, rosemary needle, crushed just picked from warm field strawberry and a few beyond my hyperosmia. Medium bodied, so well balanced, really, fresh fruit matched with just dried berries, subtle touch of contrasting - grape tannin, oak, too too ghostly I cannot offer a guess.
I met Veronique and brothers at a tasting too many vintages ago, may they live long and vinify many more outstanding examples of Pinot Noir accessible, available, pleasurable.

P.S. I just opened a gift of Swiss Alpine cheeses not easy to wine match the Drouhin is a perfect bride to these lusty odiferous farm boys.
