Sunday, May 24, 2009 - Popped and poured and consumed over 3 hours. Mature brick-burgundy color. Very refined, moderately complex nose of red clay, red fruits and some savory spices. Decent fruit on the palate with a short, dry finish. A good though hardly great bottle that was eclipsed by the 1998 Pegau CdP that accompanied it.
