Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - Always a perfect rosé. Rose petals, orange peel, fresh white peach, fresh melons, sea spray, brine, mediterranean scrub on the nose. High intensity of aromas. The flavors are pretty consistent with the aromas, and the palate is just as intense as the nose. There is a creaminess/dairy flavor on the palate that is missing from the nose too.

Medium + body with medium acid and a nice long finish. Silky and rounded wine. Excellent pairing with almejas preperadas and yellowtail crudo. You could pair it with cooked seafood, poultry or pork just as easily.

These can actually age. I've had them show beautifully up to 7 years old, even though this is quite lovely at 2.
