Friday, July 7, 2023 - Lunch at La T (La Trompette): Lighter colour than usual, more strawberry than raspberry. Subdued strawberry fruit on the nose. More aperitif than pudding I think,this lacks the deep fruit and mid-palate padding of previous cuvées. Refreshing though. ***
