For some purists, this is the true rosé. Excellent biodynamic expression of pinot noir with a small percentage of pinot gris (10%). On the nose are some brittle mineral notes, white fruit and wild strawberries. On the palate those subtle bubbles give way to a soft texture, insufficient acidity and delicious aftertaste. At least a true reflection of this champagne house.

Un champán rosé por sangrado, que se elabora mediante maceración de las uvas maduras de Pinot Noir. Para algunos puristas, este es el verdadero rosado. Excelente expresión biodinámica de la pinot noir con un pequeño porcentaje de pinot gris (10%). En nariz destacan las quebradizas notas minerales, de fruta blanca y fresas silvestres. Al paladar las sutiles burbujas dejan paso a una textura suave, una insuficiente acidez y a un delicioso postgusto. Fiel reflejo de esta casa.
