90 Points

Sunday, September 3, 2023 - Cherries, violets, Malo lactic scents, and a blast of vanilla on the nose. Fuller bodied for a pinot, and about as far from burgundy one can get. Barely identifiable as Pinot, but approachable with sweet fruit to the point of being cloying. Soft palate and california style all the way. I liked the 2019 better, more acid and complexity.

9/4/2023 8:27:00 AM - Thanks. Sounds like this won't get much better with age if acidity is low?
