Tuesday, September 13, 2022 - Blliets Chards from around the world (Billiet's Bordelo): An initial blast of oak on the nose that blows off. Touch of flowers, honey and some green apple on the nose. This is a big chardonnay. As the night wore on, this balanced out on the sheer scale of the wine and became more integrated. Needs time, but has all the pieces to improve a bunch. Finished 4 of 6, my 4 of 6.
