Sunday, September 24, 2023 - A "cult" wine tasting and lunch (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): Wonderfully light and bright, fresh and soft and silky, flowers and strawberries, cool minerality, hints of spice and cream, lovely intensity without weight, clear and bright and transparent, percaline tannins, very good persistence. Delightful.
