Sunday, September 24, 2023 - Having a grilled Mediterranean dinner tonight, found this in the Mediteranian-Section of the cellar and gave it a go. Smooth and dry, On the powerful side not thinned by age. stewed plum, typical aged tempranillo taste profile. Good example of the type, Gave it an 89 in the best sense of an 89.
The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It tastes like plum. The body is full. The wine has angular texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
