Monday, October 30, 2023 - Medium ruby red in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & raspberries with overtones of garrigue & floral notes, earth/dusty, pepper, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, strawberries & plums with herbs, spices, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but has the structure to continue further development with additional aging.
